I am looking at properties near the Medical Center and Kirby/Montrose/Galleria areas.  

I currently live in Northeastern PA and am looking to buy a duplex in the area to rent to Medical students (maybe undergrads as well?)

Because of a surprise horror I encountered medically I became crippled about 7 year ago and i do not work or walk that occured when I was 54 and I've been bedridden ever since but I have been learning much on the Internet, 7 days a week, and read a book about every two weeks. 

That might be on the property management company that he was using but it appears that he has had knowledge of it for some time and continued to promote selling more properties to be managed by the same property management company.at this point I believe with all the buy backs and pending litigation he is trying to sell his way out of a deep dark hole.. it will take government intervention to shut that operation down. 

If they can provide it and there are no other glowing red flags, sometimes it is worth giving them the chance.I have had applicants whose credit is bad due to medical bills resulting from an unexpected disease, surgery or hospital stay.

I would like to move my medical practice business (LLC) into a suite of a commercial building (different LLC).

It stands for Delaware Statutory Trust and is a trust / pass through entity in which a sponsor (think big real estate investment corporation) buys institutional property (apartments, self storage, commercial, medical office, etc) and then sells interest in the Trust/Property to investors.
