Has anyone used Morris Invest?

Has anyone used Morris Invest to buy property. I had a phone call with them today. And it’s one of those things that sounds to good to be true. Which usually is but I figured I would ask lol. Thanks!

I think there are around 10-20 different threads about Morris Invest and the dissatisfaction of the products people have purchased that were advertised by his company. Some of the business dealings described go as far as criminal behavior and fraud. That might be on the property management company that he was using but it appears that he has had knowledge of it for some time and continued to promote selling more properties to be managed by the same property management company.

at this point I believe with all the buy backs and pending litigation he is trying to sell his way out of a deep dark hole.. it will take government intervention to shut that operation down.
