You may or may not have to leave a voice message yourself, but if so just keep following-up and leave no lead behind.My phone has an option to send a text message when I can't take a call, such as "I am in a meeting and will call you right back" or "please leave a message" These are helpful when you can't take the call live, but always follow-up as soon as possible.

A little voice in my head told me to give it time see how it plays out. 

She has an option to forward the calls to her local Philippines cell phone if she likes or a hybrid where landline rings for 15 seconds and then on cell for for 15 seconds before going to voice mail.Hope this helps

Out of maybe 5 people, 3 called in the Next week which was exciting but I also realize I have to set up another Google-Voice number for just business calls so that I can differentiate between the two  and know who's calling for business and who for personal.
