My name is Devon Small and I am not only new to BP I am new to the real estate industry in general. I am located in Tampa, FL and my goal is to purchase my 1st investment property by the end of the 1st quarter of 2016.  If I can do it sooner that would be even better. 

I just want to 1st learn as much as possible about the industry and think this forum will help do that.  If you have any piece of advice feel free to share. I look forward to speaking with you all.
