From what I have found, most of these are in the Norfolk/Portsmouth areas....but as others have highlighted in other post the area can really make a big difference on the quality of the property.

I have never been denied financials to a property or even been denied a showing once I talked through my evaluation process, highlights of my resume, and detailed that I have a number of partners I work with to close deals.

The reason I mentioned the homestead case law was to highlight how difficult it is to determine whether a house will fall under the 180 day or 2 year redemption period. 

Also, when @mentioning, make sure you click on the name when it comes up and places it in the post highlighted.

Send a copy of that portion of the lease and highlight it.

I do have a copy of the by-laws and will pull out my highlighter.
