With Baker out next year and a Democrat governor almost inevitable (Republicans will probably run someone too far to the Right to win in MA), Rent Control is most definitely a risk in Massachusetts.

Now, that decission that has always existed among inusrance companies is being used again for the political advantage with those who swallow such crap, we have always made decisision on doing the next operation on someone who has little chance of having a quality of life...absolutely nothing new.Ya'all go sing that stuff to Sara, your elder cheerleader, half governor, you knoiw, the one that quit her job because the heat went up in the kitchen becuase she thought that serving in a public office was all about her, then she saw she could make more money out of office, your patriot goddes, yes, that one.

Recently, our governor extended the COVID-19 related eviction moratorium until September 30th, 2020.
