I am definitely biased when I say Atlanta is the spot to be doing your investing.

I am biased being born here, but Chicago is a great city (particularly in the summer haha). 

So there is a subconscious bias built in there. 

Trying to change that shows bias.

I am biased of course, but their are many secondary and tertiary cities that are booming and prices are still fairly affordable..as a general statment...obviously its market dependent.

Not to be biased, but Georgia is a landlord friendly state that many out of state investors look into.

To answer your question, I have a heavy bias on the STR format so most definitely worth it.

@Stacy Parkelj - While I'm completely biased as an agent and investor in the Destin to PCB markets in Florida, like @Kyle Momany mentioned, I like the areas that encourage the STR investments. 

obviously I'm biased to my market of Columbus OH, but their are opportunities in the surrounding areas as well. 

That said I do not allow cats but I am biased since I am so allergic to them.
