I knew before I made the offer that they would not be fond of it, they were not motivated, but it would be good exposure and practice for me to get over the nerves of offering over the phone, doing the whole walk-through, asking questions about the property, their motivation to sell, what they think its worth, pitching/explaining Subject To, and all that.

I'm not fond of carpet either, but have found that tile floors constantly need to have the grout cleaned unless you go with a dark grout.

Fix and Flips as well as Wholesaleing are two of the ones I am really looking into, rentals and apartments even though they may be a good source of long term income are ones I am not to fond of, for the simple reasons, I live in an Apartment Complex right now, been here for 13 years straight, with the exception of another tenent that lives here as well, we are one of the oldest tenents here, and I am not talking about our ages lol.

We're from Calgary, and our economy has been really effected by the price of oil.When I was in my early twenties, I spent several months backpacking around Guatemala, and going to Spanish school in Quetzaltenango - I still have very fond memories of my time there, but sadly have lost almost all my Spanish due to no one to talk to out here!
