Get the phone to ring, assess their problem or situation, then provide the appropriate solution.If you have phone numbers I have had success with slybroadcast to do ringless voicemails (not endorsing it as 100% legal) but certainly effective.

Often also we need to support and endorse politicians simply because they will win, and we have to work with them for the next 2, 4, 6 years, even though we hate their guts and every thing they stand for.So it is entirely possible they actually support it.....but having worked on this same exact issue here in Maryland with both the Realtor lobby, Home Builders lobby, and some other groups....my inclination to believe is the support for this was because of much worse legislation that was arising.

In these cases you would have a high probability of being sued for any issue with the building.In the electrician example above, you could remedy this by having your subcontractor agreement put all liability on the electrician by requiring an Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation endorsement

I'm hopeful I can add real value wherever I can on the forums and with connections.I have over 20 years of corporate accounting experience, I was an Enrolled Agent for about 4 years, I was an endorsed local tax advisor with the Dave Ramsey Show for 2 years, and I've been a real estate agent since 2016.But I'm making the full leap into real estate investing as of Jan 2019 with a supportive husband and family.
