Get the phone to ring, assess their problem or situation, then provide the appropriate solution.If you have phone numbers I have had success with slybroadcast to do ringless voicemails (not endorsing it as 100% legal) but certainly effective.

Often also we need to support and endorse politicians simply because they will win, and we have to work with them for the next 2, 4, 6 years, even though we hate their guts and every thing they stand for.So it is entirely possible they actually support it.....but having worked on this same exact issue here in Maryland with both the Realtor lobby, Home Builders lobby, and some other groups....my inclination to believe is the support for this was because of much worse legislation that was arising. 

LOL @Scott Morongell I really appreciate the endorsement, however I wasn't implying that folks should disregard everyone else and just invest with me. 

In these cases you would have a high probability of being sued for any issue with the building.In the electrician example above, you could remedy this by having your subcontractor agreement put all liability on the electrician by requiring an Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation endorsement.

hello I was wondering if a company is listed in the network section of the biggerpockets website does that mean biggerpockets endorses it or can anyone pay to be listed there? 

A policy    with a higher premium may be a better deal if it does not have a wind deductible.There are many endorsements that are available on the homeowners policy.

if it is below or outside the foundation that may present some issues.If the sump pump was overwhelmed, check to see if you policy has the Water Backup endorsement.
