if i try to flip it, i would barely make my money back if you consider the closing costs that were involved. don't even get me started on the fines i've already incurred and the lifestyle i've had to endure while basically living out of a suitcase, trying to get these rehabs done.One of my REI teachers got in the same situation.

it's that "work" that makes the difference in ANY INVESTMENT.i'm not comparing ANYONE here (especially myself) to this guy - i'm just going to use him as an example because he's so well known - WARREN BUFFET does not invest without doing "the work" that enables hime and his team to make incredible investments.
