Hello all,

Im also new to this but have been reading alot i have a couple questions, 1st a little about me. I live in Texas want to get into real estate I have about 25K and intrested in all levels renting, rehabs and flipping, building from ground up which would come later when cash is avail.

???
Im wondering if Tax deed auctions are a good way to go?

Foreclosure or hud homes good investments?

Not sure as to the best way to get started please all suggestions would be great.
