This is a purpose built up/down brick duplex from the 60's.Currently the property has two identical goodman 95% efficiency forced air furnaces (mfg 09') - so no duct-work needs run.

To install 2 security lights an electrician wanted $600, obviously cutting down a tree costs an insane amount of money, redoing the duct work for the central hvac is like $4.5k, flooring, installing a door or window or anything is just ridiculous.Anyways, I requested a few quotes.

.$15K-$30K is definitely what I would expect to pay for 3x new gas forced air units installed with permits, with all duct work and soffits (framing, drywall, painting).
