Here are my thoughts:Small banks/credit unions - A lot of upfront work to build the relationship and I may not have enough volume to justify the effort.Small hedge funds - My gut feeling is that by the time that tape gets to the individual investor, most of the “cream” has been skimmed off.

I went with a light cream/white color to match the trim in the house.  

It's like finding YOUR flavor combo at the ice cream parlor, there is no wrong answers just YOUR answers. 

It's like you saying "Why I like Vanilla Ice Cream better than Chocolate Ice Cream", then tell us you've never actually tasted either but did work in a Baskin-Robbins that only sold Vanilla Ice Cream and saw how much everyone else liked it.

Stick to cream, off whites, grays for colorAnother tip: I used brushed nickel finishes because they are a lot more "water friendly" Black and chrome fixtures can look awful if they are not constantly cleaned. 

So it looks like this may be the moving cheese I have to find a path to...our next challenge in a shifting market.After studying his appraisal, I feel it is irresponsibly low.
