@Ethan McRae, I would think they could definitely help, and likely have some ideas as to how to maybe consolidate various scenarios so that the Operating Agreement does not become a massive document.

After hearing about sending mailers to property owners on the Bigger Pockets Podcast, it seemed like a good idea but is there a way to consolidate a mailing list (short of going on AirBnB, Craigslist and sending them to the listed address on those sites?)
