Duplex deeded as two separate Loans

I'm sure this has been covered but I was unable to located any current/relevant info on this topic.

I purchased a duplex last year that was subdivided. It was deeded as two separate properties and I purchased them with two separate loans. I am working on my final loans under conventional financing guidelines and am wondering how I go about refinancing and converting them back to a single property/duplex as a single loan. This would free up one of my slots to purchase one additional rental property. Is there a specific name for this type of thing. Where do I start?

@Dustin Peters

. Another option is to just bundle them into one loan with the lender.
. I would not un-sub divide them as its an un-needed expense.
