Also, the VA is gonna want to see some continuity from your military job to your civilian job.

They don't bring non-essential and civilian workers into a mission until it's safe.

In October 2018, I will be transferring from the military life into the civilian life.

@Mike Thompson if you are still employed by the government (active or civilian) you cannot transfer it out of the TSP.

The kicker is that the owner of the property where the tree is located is absentee and his house is inhabitable.

Here is the situation:- Bank-owned property currently inhabited by original owner.- Owner wants to buy back property before being evicted.- Bank bought home at sheriff sale Jan 2017.- Property is in PA.The plan would be to secure financing then make a settlement offer with the bank to buy the property back.

The unit is placed in service when it is made available to rent AND can reasonably be inhabited.
