2) Once you have an accepted offer, have your agent walk the property within 24-48 hours for you.3) If you don't like the property you can use the inspection clause to cancel the purchase contract.4) If you decide to move forward after the walk-thru, get it professionally inspected.5) You can cancel the contract if the inspection shows repairs needed, or request extension of the inspection period to get a contractor in to give a bid.
