Despite calling it "School Ratings".None of them teach anything of useful future value to anyone beyond basic reading and basic math.The ratings you are referring to is how well the students at a particular school behave and how well they do "Exactly" what they are told by the teachers, and the students smartness level at a particular school.There are a lot of political issues surrounding the American School System, with different beliefs about it by different groups of people.Does it effect desirability of homes, yes it does for a variety of different reasons for different groups of people.Just my 2 cents.Good Luck!

but I have been doing business in Jackson MS for going on 2 decades.. the city is 70% or better black.there are west Jackson  war zone south Jackson C class hard working  NE Jackson B class and then a little farther north is A class with a lot of A B scattered about.. people no matter their race tend to want to live in the nicest areas they can afford.. when I had 300 plus SFRs in Jackson I would say my tenant base ( since it was hard working C class) was 90% or better black. and just like any other rentals tenants were all over the board on how they behaved..

That would make him the 5123425535th banker to have someone from BP approach them with a brrrr scenario and have no idea what to do.In general, you should not be having to come to the closing table with anything (minus the cost of an appraisal) on the cash out refinance side.
