Tenants tend to not report water leaks, have their friends was clothes and their cars etc.

This really isn't that difficult when you stand your ground and remind the tenants who the real home owner is.Tell them that you are going to schedule open houses and they are responsible for removing their valuables and/or locking them up in the closet or off the premises.The realtor will escort each buyer throughout the property so there really isn't anything to worry about as long as they keep their valuables out of sight.No one is going to open their dresser drawers or touch their clothes and stuff with an escort watching them.Never let a tenant dictate anything to you ever.

Then for  fun I have set up a metal wash tub and a wash board set up in the laundry room along with a rope for a clothes line .  

I felt sorry for the tenant's sob story in the beginning and it took me a while to figure out she's a wolf in sheep clothing.

Also, this would be case by case since not all brokers are cut from the same cloth.

Wear expensive clothes, watches, jewelry, etc..

Banning of cloths lines and solar panels is a member/home owner vote/decision and should not be legislated by government or any other interest group. 

Has been wearing the same clothing since the summer, hasn't cleaned his apartment since the spring and left the gas on on his stove top last week and showed no remorse or concern for the other tenants in the building.  

Since the vast majority of landlords in this country are small operations, losing several month's rent by government decree and having no recourse through the courts to exercise our right to protect our own property, many are suffering.Unfortunately, we are NOT all in this together:  Lowes and Home Depot and Walmart remain open, but the local hardware shop, nursery, clothing store, and restaurant have been forced to close.
