My father and I are looking to start a company and build a knowledgable team based around flipping houses and managing long term rentals in western colorado.

I'm new to the area and I'm just trying to connect with people on the western slope that are investors.

I live on the western slope of Colorado near grand junction and the markets have been going up but they haven't seen the quick jump like the front range.

We have quickly acquired about 75 units in western MA.

The next is that you want someone incentivized to pay for marketing (professional photography, floorplan, mailers, maybe staging, etc).Depending on where the house is located you'll want it listed on either the REBNY/RLS (which covers western Queens closer to Manhattan) or LIBOR/MLSLI (which covers most of Queens but to the east).

@Joey Walker Specific parts of Spokane are extremely hot right now for MF and still seem cheap compared to Western WA

I do know one, he may or may not go to Western MA.
