You can learn how to perform open heart surgery on there (Although I wouldn't recommend it:-)If you're not into that, do what J Scott said.

@Abou C.Man that's like asking me how to do brain surgery.

A few weeks go by, I sent him a text asking if he could talk now and get a reply saying something like: "This is Ryan's nephew, he had a bad fall and is undergoing surgery I am taking his messages"So this is where I am now... 2 months have passed since that happened.

My partner broke his foot and had surgery done a month ago, the doctors tell him he can't put much weight on it for another 3 weeks.

Does he need the money for cancer surgery?

I am about to medically retired in a few months due to cancer (already had surgery)  I have adequate pension income and have a very diversified portfolio ($700K of 401K, devident stocks, IRA, annuity, 200K cash in the bank, no debt and Have inherited a couple property overseas.Question:  Is this rental a poor investment (3% annually net income?)
