Do you have to worry about that pet or smoke smell on those surfaces too?

The result of remote jobs increasing, in my opinion, will be a gradual decrease in pricing of properties in big cities.This is just surface level, but please share your in-depth opinions and thoughts!

Admit that there was a small amount of surface mold in one of the shower areas and that you have had it removed, and brought in professionals to look for other problems of which none were found. 

On the surface they don't look competitive as 6 month rates, that does not make sense.

It is difficult to say without knowing the site requirements, type, style and finish of construction etc but on the surface the cost seem a bit high.

@Theresa HarrisActually bleach won’t KILL mold on much of any surface that is even remotely porous.

The kind that looks like fake bricks and is similar to roof shingles has a flat surface and pretty easy to cover over.

I'd assume the best way to obtain this information is to physically see the property and to inquire with landlord, but what would be some indicators and measures to consider when analyzing on the surface?
