New Albany is home to several major data centers including ones operated by Amazon, Google and Facebook, whose parent company, Meta, announced plans in the spring to expand its New Albany campus.

@Eric ClappI don't see cash flow happening much of anywhere in Denver (or in Colorado Springs for that matter), unless you're doing something creative -- house-hacking, STR, MTR.You ask about higher priced properties and therefore better rents.

One thing you can do is let them mature over a a winter, wait for the spring comps to be to the books and then re-fi.
