I'm looking to network with people locally but right now I am looking to find a property manager that can handle a growing portfolio in the Maryland area (Montgomery Cty) and Northern Virginia (Prince William Cty and stafford cty). 

I'm finally taking the leap into real estate investing full-time here in DC and Prince George's County MD.

For instance it would appear based on very preliminary figures that Prince Georges county in Maryland might be a better area, the margins are smaller, but  it appears there are distressed properties everywhere.

I have been doing bizz with AU investor for about 4 years now.

I live in Port Orange, Florida.

I guess he had a real rep of pumping values and dropping severely overpriced properties on AU and NZ investors..

Then Atlanta I am closing one there on Friday with Andy who you know from the AU forum.Back in the game full time for me.. and loving it.

If it bothers you that much I would recommend adding a car port of some sort.
