My name is Christopher Roy, I am new to the real estate business. I purchased my first home one year ago and plan to purchase my next 'buy and hold' property within the next year. I live in Port Orange, Florida. I work at two fire departments. One career, one part-time. I have read many books, articles and blogs on real estate investing, this is how I was introduced to this site. I came to this site to hopefully gather some education and perhaps guidance before obtaining my next property. My current goal is to have $3-4K/month in positive cash flow from my properties. I am always here to help and learn. I look forward to getting to know you all.
