The only way t estimate execution of repairing/refurbishing or remodeling of a structure is to physically perform an estimate.

In situations like these I had to print the docs, physically sign them, scan the signed docs, then email back to them.   

We don't cover plumbing clogs that are not cause by physical or mechanical issue with the system - so if a sewer line is full of tree roots, yes we would cover that.

I would rather be able to physically see my properties and check on them frequently and have more control over them. 

I want to do these things as long as I am physically in shape, I'll save the cruise ship trips for later.There are so many ways you can structure RE: eliminate what you don't like and forcus on the things that you enjoy.

Might as well go through the exercise of seeing what you could likely walk away with...and then what you could do with that money.If you can't hit a number that works, keep renting it...if you get the magic number sell it and move on.

If you don't like it, don't do it...but don't actively wish or take delight in the fact that others MAY be failing or getting the due on sale clause exercised.
