I focus on doing things I'd otherwise have to hire a licensee or wait forever for like my fence or carpet.

Aloha,I am not sure of Texas licensing laws, but in states I am familiar with, the Principal Broker is "on the hook" for all RE activities of his licensees and unlicensed staff.

To manage for others in most states, you must obtain a Real Estate license and be working under a Real Estate Broker (most states have two or more levels of qualification for licensees, simply getting a RE "license" does not allow you to "start a business").

AFAIK, daycare licensee needs to get an insurance and the house owner has nothing to do with it.

In Vegas they are cracking down on AirBnB and other short term rentals that are not licenseed properly and/or not in the right zoning.Any issues like that in Boston Area?
