Aloha,I am not sure of Texas licensing laws, but in states I am familiar with, the Principal Broker is "on the hook" for all RE activities of his licensees and unlicensed staff.

To manage for others in most states, you must obtain a Real Estate license and be working under a Real Estate Broker (most states have two or more levels of qualification for licensees, simply getting a RE "license" does not allow you to "start a business").
