E&O For Owned Properties

I have a broker's license on the inactive status. At a recent REIA meeting a few of us licensees were talking about forming a real estate company so we could gain a competitive advantage through access to the MLS, commission splits, etc, mainly on the buy side. We are not interested in listing property for the general public and would only act in a transactional brokerage capacity for purchasers of property we sell. After doing some initial research, it appears E&O insurance for this purpose may be diffcult to obtain. Could anyone offer some guidance in this area or with a similar venture?
