#powerfulYou would just go to your Facebook ads manager, create ad, and in the 'audience' section you can select all this that you see below.Remember to click on 'narrow further' button for each layer you want to add.Now that you have a nice target market, you can show up on their Facebook and Instagram and let them know that you can buy their home for cash for a quick close, or whatever offer you can offer them!
