I am 23 years old in the Miami area and I am looking for someone to learn and be a part of your team. I am willing to provide time in return for knowledge and friendship to begin my steps in starting in this industry. I hope to be able to work with someone soon and be able to help one another.

Hi Guys, saw this thread pop up on my daily "Miami" keyword search. I'm a long time Miami native with two rental properties and would really like to acquire one more this year. Ideally an off MLS ready to buy and hold deal. @Alexandra Reynolds, if you have any properties you've got under contract I'd love to take a look.
