This is tough for new investors that focus so hard on cash flow as their main criteria.

Perhaps it's a negative reflection on the fact that fame and celebrity often in this country give individuals free reign to commit crimes with out penalty of consequence. 

From what I can tell, Charleston is considered a Growth market, Columbia an Income Market, and Greenville appears to be a hybrid (this is what I'm looking for). 

I'm about 2 years into this "helper role" or "apprentice" role if you will and I'm starting to take on larger and larger roles and run my own deals.  

I want to take this opportunity by qualifying for REP status.I have also been meaning to build 2 units in my backyard and put them on rent.

I dont lend in PA, but this should be achievable with 25% down assuming these are SFR and not condos.
