However in my experience OPSEC makes it somewhat unlikely that his CoC is going to want to communicate to an anonymous mortgage underwriter (no security clearance etc) a guaranteed exact date that XYZ military unit is leaving the battlespace for CONUS.Failing all that, and most likely, he can satisfy the owner occupancy requirements by virtue of the home being near his permanent duty station.
