Transfer property title
Hello,
I am living in Pennsylvania. I bought a property under my name and was planning to rent it. It was a cash deal and I have no mortgage on the property.
I started a LLC company to operate the business and protect myself. I am the sole owner and operator of the LLC. Now, I want to transfer the property to my LLC.
My question is: what should I do?
1. Should I transfer the property to the LLC or can I rent it under the LLC without transfering considering that I am the sole owner of the LLC?
2. Should I transfer the property and use a quiclaim deed?
3. Is there anything to do with the title of the property?
If somebody has experience on these topics, it will be much appreciated! If you have an idea about the related cost, it will be awesome!
Thanks for any help.
