Can I add, not transfer, the name of my LLC to the deed?
I currently have 2 rental properties in OK with my and my wife's name on the deeds. I want my LLC (I'm the sole owner) to act as Property Manager for anonymity reasons. In the state of OK, you cannot be a property manager unless A) you have a real estate license, or B) you are the owner of the property. So what are your thoughts on adding the LLC to the deed? This would qualify the LLC to act as PM under option B above. I'm not interested in deeding the property over to the LLC completely. Thanks.
