We didn't end up buying it but the best I saw was a backyard urinal that 'fed' Nitrogen infused urea to several large healthy fruit trees & a row of grape vines.

They easily put in 40 hours cleaning up dog urine and the mess left.

depends on situation. grey water is just shower sink, can go into ground. soon will convert to composting toilet so poop and urine separated. can throw away bagged poop as done with poopy diapers and dump urine. no black water.

Any court would find pet urine and feces to be considered damage.

I too had tenants who dragged things across my hardwood floors and who let their dog defecate, urinate, and vomit all over my nice wood floors.

I always thought it would be cool to install a urinal in my house.

The upstairs had a plywood subfloor and after removing the carpet and padding it still smelled like cat urine.

Might be doable, but your first hurtle will be the zoning of the property and next adequate parking. 

One house returned SATURATED with dog urine (skunk level odor-no exageration) sub floor buckled and black mold beneath carpets. 

There is a strong smell and feces on the floor during my quarterly maintenance checks, which likely means urine as well.
