We didn't end up buying it but the best I saw was a backyard urinal that 'fed' Nitrogen infused urea to several large healthy fruit trees & a row of grape vines.

depends on situation. grey water is just shower sink, can go into ground. soon will convert to composting toilet so poop and urine separated. can throw away bagged poop as done with poopy diapers and dump urine. no black water.

I too had tenants who dragged things across my hardwood floors and who let their dog defecate, urinate, and vomit all over my nice wood floors.
