I most certainly will try that.Keith - They provide a warranty for fixing the pipe/plumbing, however no consequential damages, i.e. tenant possession damages, they lost many items like rugs, decor, electronics; they just moved in with most items still on the floor. 

I do not have carpets, rugs, furnishings in yet. 

I was doing 1 or 2 a month for a little over 3 yearsIn January of this year, the rug was pulled out from under me when it comes to prices.

We also put wool antique persian rugs in all of our living areas. 

We’ve come up with a theme for decorating (as with our other two properties, we are using the nearby Space Force Bases for our themes) and are preparing to go shopping for beds and furniture, rugs, and all the kitchen supplies.
