When I get on the app, after awhile of scrolling through, it shows the same thread multiple times and then it will freeze.

After scrolling through the episode descriptions I saw that one was on a property in Hudson NY, nearby to my upstate cabin that I occasionally host via Airbnb.

Look up the property on redfin. once you're on the property description page, scroll down to where it shows a map with the house location on it.

You might have to scroll through her blog to see Airbnb posts...
