This quote strikingly recalls my memory, even though I'm 19, that we lived through the time of a huge economic boom.

It conjures of memories or riding a see saw when I was a kid .  

Lots of neighborhoods also took on water during Tax Day, Memorial Day, Ike, Allison etc etc etc....obviously Houston is no stranger to flooding. 

They would put the love and attention it needs into it and make great memories with there family so they can have the same feelings towards it that you do. 

I'm as green as they come as it relates to real estate investing, but I'm am absolute expert at starting and running businesses into the ground.However, over the years, I've trained into my muscle memory a set of skills that make it VERY difficult for me to continue to blow wads of cash on any "idea."  

Looking forward to many good memories with my family in the coming years.
