However this is something that will for sure affect MF construction this year and sfr is these Tarrifs hold.In the NW I know a lot of lumber comes from CA / BC to be specific but my lumber packages for homes i build in Charleston SC are pine so I know it local wood .. but you know the lumber brokers they will gouge if they get any chance to do so

If anybody local (especially other wholesalers) or anybody else even out of my market wants to connect, feel free to reach out!

So many variables can turn a deal sideways from 1 hour to the next - i.e. inspection findings, title issues, contracts, financing issues, taxes, dept. of buildings/local municipalities, etc.I'm glad to hear you made it through the challenges, and it sounds like you'll be able to leverage this experience as you grow your portfolio.All the best to you along your journey!

The only inconvenience is I have to pay booking.com a commission at the end of the month, and I have to remit the local taxes myself vs.

Find your local REIA and start attending and find the Realtors there to build friendships with.
