My goal is to generate wealth to sustain myself and family as well as create a place in the DC/ Baltimore area where people can heal trauma utilizing nature immersion, community , and entheogenic medicines.

I think this is a common american problem... we've been so immersed in the consume/grow/success cycle that we never stop long enough to truly ask ourselves what we want, what the end goal is or what success truly looks like. 

However, everyone says that the best thing to do is to just jump in and immerse yourself.

Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself, and look forward to immersing myself in the bigger pockets community and to be able to pay it forward and help contribute once I get my boots on the ground and gain some experience, and momentum! 

I'm trying to immerse myself in as much knowledge as possible.

I am a huge believer in immersing yourself in learning.

If you are searching for a particular vendor such as a contractor, this is a great chance to ask a local immersed in the market who likely deals with contractors.

When I had that lease signed, I finally felt like I was fully immersed into the real estate game, and I was hooked.

Now unto the next.Throw some of that profit in some REI books- invest in yourself , immerse yourself.

My ultimate goal here is to learn about various ways to generate passive income from real estate then pick one or two and fully immerse myself in those methods.
