First REI networking event, what to expect

Going to my first REI networking event tomorrow… I have to admit that I am nervous and I'm going to feel out of my league. However, everyone says that the best thing to do is to just jump in and immerse yourself. Any advice for someone just starting to explore? Anything specific I should be seeking?

Be yourself. I had no idea about anything when I first went. be curious and ask questions. Tell people to teach you about real estate math. You'll pick it up along the way!
