Ideally looking for 4/5+ bedrooms w/pool.

These buildings typically have large rooms, wide corridors and high ceilings, making them ideal for an ALF. 

Ideally, I would love something turnkey (furnished and operating as a STR now that someone wants to off-load).

I would close the line ideally within the 10yr draw period before the repayment period when it becomes an amortized loan.

Ideally we’d still be within an hour of NYC in any direction, with a public transit option to Manhattan.

If your ideal apartment has nice showerheads, then you could have called a plumber to replace all 7 at the same time to save money.  

Ideally looking to make a move that direction in the future.

I’d recommend finding an experienced partner or mentor local to Ashland, ideally someone you already have a relationship with and not just someone looking to profit from your deal.
