Apparently the level of financial education in our school system is so low, or none existent, that a third grade level book with no specifics, just broad generalities can become a runaway best seller and be worshiped by both the financial naive as well as those preying on them as a brilliant work of financial acumen and enlightenment.  1.

Just over a year ago, I got my license, quit my corporate job and started down the path of enlightenment :)  I've been told I did pretty well my first year in real estate which was solely focused on traditional side; helping people buy/sell homes and condos.

According to the platform stats, average time to sale is 72 hours.On another debt CF platform I "exited" a 1000 GBP holding within 70 minutes of posting at face value.Perhaps  someone more expert on this thread  can  enlighten us as to why this is not happening (or isnt allowed to happen) in the US?
