Found BP in quarantine and became fascinated with REI.

I was fascinated and soon became obsessed in understanding how you can make money from money.

I have been fascinated with real estate since I was pretty young and am just now finding myself able to start investing, from a financial standpoint, although I don't want to start until I have completed grad school (in about a year).

I'm fascinated with that concept and am wondering if anyone else has had good luck with that in the beginning.
