BP newb from Southern Indiana

Hey BP community! My name is Levi and I am currently living in southern Indiana. I am fascinated by large multifamily developments of which I will eventually own. I haven't started to build a portfolio yet, but am currently looking to for opportunities to purchase something in the range of 5-10 units. Any tips on the Louisville/Souther IN area would be appreciated.

I am a assistant manager and leasing consultant for a large property (402 units) in Louisville, KY. I have worked as maintenance for some time before moving into the office side. I am going to try my best to be very active on BP so hopefully I can meet or connect with a lot of you. I  look forward to being part of the BP community.
