Do bugs start appearing at night, is there super loud noise in the mornings every tuesday?

I saw this in a story regarding an event in Las Vegas: Marjorie Taylor Greene, speaking at a Donald Trump rally, tackled the topic of electric vehicles in a way that left many attendees puzzled.

Aloha Dirk,  Like in most places,  Hawaii has a mix bag of contractors from really good reasonably  priced ones to dirt cheap shady ones that do shoddy work that could lead to fire (bad electrical work) or health issues (mold) for tenants.

Check everything like handrail on the interior stairs to make sure none of the brackets are broken, loose electrical sockets etc.It will depend on the age and condition of the house.

As in increased electricity bill anyone? 

I caught the Pace Morby bug and plan to actively pursue other options since the trad lenders underwriting is making it difficult to follow my strategy of buy and hold.

I have zero experience with this but how would you deal with electric and other utilities? 

So I basically would want a person who looks at the whole house and gives me the appraisal cost, the areas that need fixing (ex. kitchen cabinets, tiles, bathrooms, plumbing, electricity, etc.), and how much the cost would be.Then this way, I could decide to proceed or not based on the assessment.

If anyone out there is looking for trusted trades in HVAC, Electrical, Roofing, Foundatio, Framing, Painting, Drywall, Cleaners, Junk Removal, etc., let me know.

Focus primarily on the electrical and/or structural issues that come up.
