One of the best being you get paid commission on your deals, and helps you with your share of 'skin in the game' .The biggest drawback is that you have a lot more liability, and there's a fine line between getting a good deal, and taking advantage of someone, so you need to be very careful.

Stringer management were terrible, Jeannette properties were not so good, the same with cw banker on siesta it was all about charges for this and that and didn't seem to want to do a lot, if you speak to adam robinson broker at key realty he'll point u in the right direction, if u say sarah hart from england he'll really look after u, good luck it's great area to invest, I went around the world a few years ago looking for a place to invest after selling my portfolio just before the uk crash, am loving the returns on us property, only problem is low inventory, thinking about some deals on land down in cape coral, if anybody has had experience on buying land down there please let me know, seem good alue right now but what are th drawbacks????
