I do have background in the RE and constantly continue my education in the field daily.

I trade Futures online and the most important thing for my Residence is to have a fast internet connection for my Daily Cash Flow from my trading.

I do consider myself successful though, because I have made a commitment on a daily level to do whatever I have to do to make real estate investing a reality!

I'm not sure what the confines are of not having a PM license and managing other's properties, but I know it's frowned upon to manage a number of properties without licensure since you're handling trust funds and dealing with very legal matters on a daily basis.
