Nick,There is a buzz of the market crash and a currency fall.

I have about 10k in cash and about $70k in stocks and another $10k in crypto.

Now is a great time especially with the CARES act to jump on investing passive or active into real estate especially with the current currency and stocks/etfs/bonds inevitable outcome.

So I am asking you, Biggerpockets if you have any local recommendations for a CPA/ tax expert that specializes in small time real estate investors and also have an understanding of crypto currency trading as well.

Reserve Currency status has been very good for the US and USD since Breton Woods.

However, if you buy a property in Mexican pesos, you might be better of using a foreign exchange company for the currency conversion as the banks will charge you a hefty fee.

Hello there fellow BiggerPockets members,I am an investor in cryptocurrencies and have not had a normal job for over 5 years.Me and my Fiance are looking to purchase a property that can provide us cashflow.The problem is that I don't have any income verification in the form of W-2's, paystubs etc.What do you think is the best option for some one in my position?

I've been involved in Crypto for 4 years now and have been using BlockFi for almost a year to store my profits from sale and to park cash while waiting for new investments. 

I would recommend looking into cryptocurrency decentralized finance.

Where do you think this extra currency will go besides inflating the hell out of asset prices?
