Loan Preapproval without Income verification

Hello there fellow BiggerPockets members,

I am an investor in cryptocurrencies and have not had a normal job for over 5 years.

Me and my Fiance are looking to purchase a property that can provide us cashflow.

The problem is that I don't have any income verification in the form of W-2's, paystubs etc.

What do you think is the best option for some one in my position?

To simply look for lenders that do not have any income verification?

To have someone cosign on the loan for me?
